Important information

• Credit card

  A credit card is the basic condition for renting a vehicle and serves solely as a guarantee for the vehicle during the rent period. We reserve, authorize a certain amount of funds on the credit card. The reserved amount depends on the reserved vehicle category and the agreed coverage. A credit card is not required when making a reservation, it is only necessary when picking up the vehicle.
  You can, however, keep in mind that the person signing the contract needs to be the card holder of a valid credit card.

• Required documentation

  When taking over a vehicle, it is necessary to give a valid driver's license, ID card and credit card must be inspected. Driving licenses that are not printed in Latin scripts, such as Cyrillic, Japanese or Chinese, must be supplemented by an international driving license.

• Age limits

  In the Republic of Croatia, the following rules apply to the minimum age of the user renting a car service and the possession of a driver's license:
  - 21 years/2 years for group of vehicles: City, Compact, Caravan;
  - 25 years/2 years for group of vehicles: Standard, SUV, Van, Luxury.

• Fee for young/older drivers is applicable:

  - in the amount of 12,50 € per day (most 10 days, to the amount 125,50€) for reserved categories A, B, D1, D3, M, F, G;
  - in the amount of 18, 75€ (most 10 days, to the amount 187, 50€) for reserved categories H, I, K, N, O, Z;
  - if the driver is under 21 or above 70 years of age.

• Border crossing

  As our customer, you are free to use the vehicle within the Republic of Croatia, but also in other countries. Use of the vehicles outside the territory of the Republic of Croatia is obligatory to announce when you are making a reservation or when you are picking up a vehicle. In that case, an additional fee will be charged for the applicable price list for additional services.

• Mileage limit

  Our regular offer does not have a limit on the mileage done. In case of special offers the limit on the mileage is always clearly stated.
