Consumer complaints

Compliant to article 6. subsection 3. of the Tourism service offering law N.N. 130/2017 / In accordance to article 6 subarticle 3 of the Law on Providing Tourism Services NN 130/2017 we hereby inform the customers that all complaints regarding the quality of our services can be submitted:

  • In person: In RIDECAR rent a car business premises;
  • Via mail, to adress: “RIDECAR d.o.o.'' Vrbanjka 4, 10 000 Zagreb;
  • Via e-mail: customerservice@ridecar.hr.

Any form of complaint will be answered in a period of 15 days from the point in time the complaint has been received. When filing a complaint, we kindly ask you to provide us with the following information regarding the customer: name and last name, as well as the adress to which the formal answer is to be delivered to.
