What to do if I am late to pick up the vehicle?
If you have informed our Customer support your vehicle will wait for you until your arrival, if you have not contacted our Customer support it will be waiting for you 1 hour, if your plane is late your vehicle will be waiting for you 1 hour from the landing time of the plane.
